NEW YORK — A 32-year-old homeless prostitute has been charged in the death of a 68-year-old man who was found dead in a New York City bathroom with his ***** chopped off, according to a report by The New York Daily News.
Officers found the victim after responding to a call about a man who’d been assaulted in an apartment in the Bronx. It happened around 8:15 p.m. Saturday.
The man was found on his side inside the tub. Emergency medical workers pronounced him dead at the scene. Authorities have not released his name.
Police say the 32-year-old identified as Jerry Pagan was arrested and faces a murder charge. Police told The Daily News Pagan said he had cut off the victim's manhood over an argument about money he was owed. Police believe Pagan is a prostitute and the two have had sex before.
He reportedly told police he had planned to "eat the *****."
