Smart move before they start asking for refugee status or file a Provincial Stay, which basically is a step to becoming a resident. Work for 1 year, then you can apply Federally.

YOU wouldn't want that happening in Canada now would you. People coming to Canada and asking for refugee status. NOT in Canada... no no no.
