He doesn't even warrant consideration. His passing of unconstitutional legislation and participation in illegal wars should preclude him from even being nominated. From what I see though all you need to get a "peace prize" these days is to be a Zionist boot-licker and he was really damn good at that.
Don't get your knickers in a twist. The Nobel Peace Prize is a joke. They gave it to Obama the day after he became President.
Most of the winners of this prize are not warranted. I think Putin even has one.

And the nomination is from the B'nai Brith; rather a group with narrow focus and not necessarily out to promote the welfare of humanity in general.
B'nai Brith is a radical pro Israel lobbying group, supporting deportation of Palestinians from their homes to facilitate a greater, Palestinian free Israel. It is also known for its self appointed role as 'defender of the Jews' in such things as its calumny against Mel Gibson's The Passion of the Christ for daring to portray literal scripture in his movie.
Harper's grovelling before his supra-national masters in the WTO, IMF, World Bank, Wall Street.. was matched in his unconditional support of Israel, another idol of 'neoconservatism' in all of its pogroms against the Palestinian people (and locking up an Evangelical electoral demographic who view its establishment as a harbinger of the 'End Times'). Harper will be well rewarded for his his slavish adherence neoconservative maxims.. with board memberships and corporate advisory contracts.. likely worth in the $ millions.
B'nai Brith is a fanatical and racist organization. Even with the tawdry recent history of the Nobel Committee as unashamedly awarding the Peace Prize for blatatly political promotion.. like the Fraud of AGW, or for causes of the Culture of Death and population control.. giving the Peace Prize to a pathetic and incompetent little political quisling like Harper.. is beneath even their dignity.
