Birmingham. Surprise surprise. The city was a dump BEFORE the Pakis turned up. It's even more so now.

Simple solution. An app.

The caller could make the call through a speaker that engages the app for people to hear it over their cell phone. This way everyone who wants to hear it will hear it, and those who don't won't. We could probably do that for electronic church bells too.

An easier way would be to not build the mosque. Simples!

Mosques have no place in modern Britain.

Shouldn't be too hard to hack or break in and give the county an impromptu Clash concert.

Which'd be why it'll never happen. The Briddish have no hacking skills, and aren't capable of a prank beyond getting sh*tfaced and kicking a passerby to death.

Why not? Is it calling to porn or corruption, or call to prayer to God?
Churches are there in the Muslim countries and their bells ring all time.
I tell you the truth: the Jews are the enemy of Muslims, in this thread and everywhere, they stir the enmity towards Muslims and the Islam.

You're a bigot... it's true!

This is in the Quran 41: 33
33. And who is better in speech than one who calls [people] to [worship and obey] God [alone] i, and does righteous [work] and says: "I am one of those submitting themselves [to God's command j?]"
..............................................
i And forbids them from worshipping the idols, statues and from worshipping the angels, prophets, imams and others.
j And to what the messengers (or apostles) brought from God.

Well, one must never disobey really old books. The older the better. Which is why I like to go with the Epic of Gilgamesh.

All such words have their answer by the Quran.
Anyhow, with regards to this thread, I find these ayat of the Quran 5: 57-58

[Then God – be glorified – affirmed the forbidding from allying and befriending with disbelievers:]

5: 57. Believers, take not as your friends, such as those who take your religion in mockery and sport: of those [Jews and Christians] received the [Heavenly] Book before you, and those unbelievers [among Pagan Arabs] – so ward off God['s punishment; and do not befriend with them a] if you [truly] are believers b.

5: 58. And when you call c [the Muslims] to the prayer, they take it in mockery and as a sport d; that e is because they are a people with no understanding [so they take God's worship in mockery.]
........................................................
a After you have been forbidden it.
b In His warning and threatening.
c With the "Azan" or the call to prayer.
d And they laugh [about it] with each other.
e i.e. their mockery.
