He's a war criminal and I hope the Canadian Gov't appeals his bail..

The federal government failed to argue the case. If Khadr is a threat to Canada that you know whose incompetence is to blame.
It's OK, there'll be plenty of Rambo fantasists with "sniper" rifles to deal out some hot-lead justice!

I'd be more worried if he is a risk to public safety.. after all, he has a mighty big grudge on his shoulders, his Islamic faith and the fact that he has killed before.
But he was an innocent 14 or 15 year old boy doing what every 14 year old and 15 year old boy does --- throwing grenades at soldiers. Show some mercy.
Why not!! He has had the best training from other captives at Guantanamo.
Anyhow, I'm sure he will be back in Toronto in no time.. let the Citizens of Ontario and Toronto deal with him.
