Showing the rest of the CEOs how to act, he recognizes where his wealth comes from and he's giving back.

Let me guess, his old rate paid for all he has and now utilities are the only bill that come in. Still, nice gesture, the fellows that should have done the same seem to have missed it.

After abusing his slaves in order to make a pile he cut them free by redistributing his salary for their benefit?

Will he stop taking draws from the company assets which he can do at anytime?

His wealth does not come from his employees. it comes from his business acumen and hard work. It is only because of his success that his employees have a job to begin with. Besides there are tax implications to what he is doing.

I'll bet the company that has its' employees as the shareholders would vote for lower wages and bigger payouts at the end of the year.

lol you don't know how basic economics works. no wealth exists without a labor force and exorbitant amounts of wealth are not even possible without the exploitation of that labour force. this CEO knew where his wealth came from and gave much of it back to where it originated.

Man do you ever have a twisted view of reality. There would be no labour force if someone didn't step up, take the risk to start a business. Labour is simply an imput like raw materials into a factory.

Out of the kindness of his heart?
