Compose yourself. Bloomberg is an arm of the Democratic Party. That accounts for the hysteria. Separation of Powers is no longer recognized by Obama or Congress in a post-Constitutional America.

Nope. "Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort."
--U.S. Const., Art. III, sec. 3.

--U.S. Const., Art. III, sec. 3.
Section 3 defines treason and its punishment.
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attained.

"in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort." Sending the letter to derail the nuclear negotiations is giving aid and comfort to the enemy

Did 47 U.S. Senators Just Commit Treason By Attempting to Sabotage Iran Deal? - Bloomberg Politics

The Conservatives did it as well as the NDP and try to sabotage the governing party in America it might be a different story.

What do you think?

Not at all.

If former Secretary of State Dean Rusk's daily report of routes to be flown by US aviation assets in against North Vietnam weren't treason then this isn't either. Rusk admitted after the conclusion of that war that he was trying to demonstrate to the NVA that we wanted to avoid collateral casualties. Rusk was an idiot and there is no law against being felony stupid.

Not treason but I have heard that there is a lot of very poed people about this.

And rightly so.

Seriously, WTF is wrong with these morons? The US - and other countries - are TRYING to make Iran less of a threat and here these idiots are going to sabotage it?

Personally I think these idiots should be fired but sadly they'll likely be reelected because they "Stood up fer 'Murica!"

Next up: The U.S. abolishes the office of Secretary of State and moves to reduce powers of President due to realization both offices have become redundant.

Further representation at the U.N. will now require additional seating for the 440 or so (who can keep track of them all) sitting congressional members and delegates. In a retaliatory move; Russia, China and all members demand equal seating arrangements for their various "dumas", national peoples congress etyc., etc..

In a response to these demands a new dedicated stadium will be built on acreage donated by the Koch Brothers in Bumfugg Montana. Putin, Merkel et-al bristle and register their chagrin at now being required to sit through additional hours of flight time to cross "fly-over" states.
They were summarily reminded however that their presence would no longer be required at any and all sittings as all authority for representation and negotiations has now been ceded to the various congresses, senates, parliaments, hodge-podges, congregations and gangs.

This move was seen as a vast improvement over having a minimal body of delegates or representatives at any given time with authority to perform discussions and agreements as when the U.N. is now in session countries will actually be able to run unimpeded from dictatorial or congressional interference and gridlock.

There was acknowledged and immense agreement that having all the retards in one location would ease world tensions immeasurably especially if they were forced to operate sequestered in-camera for a lengthy specified period of time.

I guess Congress has "pens and phones" as well!

It is all laughter and fun when Obama bypasses Congress with his latest executive orders but when Congress simply breaks protocol the Dem libtards get furious.

Does anyone remember then Speaker of the US House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi and several other Congressmen/women flying to Damascus, Syria to cozy up to the Syrian Dictator despite protests from the Bush administration? Does anyone remember Michael Moore giving aid and comfort to the Iraqi insurgents in combat against US soldiers during the Iraq War? Does anyone remember Senator Ted Kennedy communicating with Soviet leaders to coach them on how to deal with Reagan?

Not that it would make any difference to the way the UN is run anyway. Or the cost.

Do as they say... not as they do.

Treason... LOL

The Democrats are simply besides themselves with Congress bypassing the President. They are livid!

Executive orders and refusing to execute laws...A-OK by them!

I guess we can say that Congress is simply getting things done and not awaiting the President.

They missed Prescott Bush and he got a pay increase, no looking back. The very few brought up on that charge means the US is a s moral as you get using the strictest of measures or they just aren't very good at finding the ones committing that crime.

The giving aid to the 'enemy of the people' would sure see a lot of places going into lock-down at the highest of levels. Wall St was the first thing to be protected on 9/11 and I don't see why that would change.
The looting of the nation would be the last act and (in theory) the Nation could go on running if the ones with jobs kept going to work and the ones without jobs took up a lucrative hobby which would benefit society more than more pencil pushers are needed. That would just show that once there was a telephone having two layers of government doing the same task as it was overstaffed by 10x that what was needed. Put all bills to a referendum the the ones with jobs and the ones with hobbies both get an equal say in what bills get passed and what don't. That would need communication equal to what exists right now.
Vote Donald Trump and have his one and only act to be to fire the Federal Government (himself basically)and those people can still run for office in their home riding.
Without having to look after more people and land than North America things could run on a thin shoe-string budget and everyone makes it out alive of if huge public works projects were in the works then having 400M people that can work on projects like that make them a reality. Projects that sees the Mississippi made into a wide and straight and deep channel withe terraced fields on both sides. Turning a Great Lake into a fish pond that is fed and air would net enough fish for the whole area and they could probably be tricked into swimming into the processing factory all on their own.

Considering the prediction/accomplishment record a call of chaos would turn out the be the best move as far as the people is concerned since 1776. Got it written down, now it is time to put the words into practice.
