Despite the circus, I don't think Rob Ford was that bad a mayor. Certainly had his personal problems. But the potholes were fixed and he could find Scarborough on a map. Better than the Miller a-s-s-hole before him.

That being said, I did not vote for his brother. Doug is no Rob.
