It seems to be hard to get an answer for this that is universally accepted. The figures I saw was that education in B.C. is funded at a level $1000 per student per year less than the average of Canadian provinces. Since then from several anecdotal sources I've heard that it is much less than that. Where does one look to find what the actual figure is? I think before a settlement to this strike can be achieved the true figure has to be known.
