Sheboygan man charged for making bomb threat after not getting sandwich - News - 1330 WHBL Sheboygan's News Radio (external - login to view)
SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A Sheboygan man faces a bomb scare charge for not getting a sandwich at the Sheboygan Senior Community Center. 23 year old Thomas Rupnik is accused of making the threat at the center Thursday.
According to the criminal complaint, Rupnik entered the North 6th Street building and asked for some food. When staff turned him down, he left for a few minutes but returned and made the threatened to make a bomb and blow up the building. Sheboygan Police made contact with him at his residence and he did admit to making the threat.
Rupnik now faces up to three and a half year in prison if found guilty of the felony.
