Why Is There Always A Big Screen TV?
Winnipeg Free Press;
The new chief of Roseau River First Nation has evicted the managers and staff at the Red Sun gas bar, saying revenue from the lucrative operation belongs to the band, not Terry Nelson's family.That would be this Terry Nelson.
An eviction notice was posted on the door of the gas bar, located on Highway 6 just north of Winnipeg, Wednesday evening. Staff were sent home and security guards now occupy the shop.
At least four RCMP cruisers were there, but the eviction was peaceful. [...]
Nelson's daughter runs much of the operation along with former premier Gary Doer's brother.
"Court rules Manitoba chief crafted a "bogus" resolution to keep power"
"The evidence before the Court establishes reprehensible, scandalous and outrageous conduct on the part of the Nelson Respondents,"
Just another Indian chief that screwed over his band and the taxpayer.
But,this conman,Terry Nelson, also ran for the leadership of the AFN. He lost on an early ballot and threw his support to Palmater,a cbc darling.He also headed up an Idle No More highway blockade.But,what really separates him from the rest of the whining thieves,he is the chief that went to Iran to cry the blues about life in Canada.
I have a feeling that the cbc will overlook this story.
