Someone is beheading flamingos at the Frankfurt Zoo in Germany.
Nine birds were killed Thursday night, and another six killed Friday night, The Local reported.
All the birds had their heads cut off and some had stab wounds.
Veterinarians are examining the birds to see if animals may have killed the flamingos, but officials said they believe the birds died at human hands.
The birds are worth $1,500 each, zoo officials said.
Three flamingos were beheaded in 2007 and the culprit was never caught.
