Two Texas teen boys have been charged following the death of a 15-year-old girl in what police are calling an occult killing.
One boy allegedly told police he helped his friend so he "could sell his soul to the devil," the Houston Chronicle reported.
The partially-clothed, mutilated body of Corriann Cervantes was discovered in an abandoned Houston apartment on Saturday. The two boys allegedly hit her with a toilet tank lid, stabbed her in the face with a screwdriver and sexually assaulted her with a plastic rod from window blinds. She was also strangled.
An exact cause of death has not been determined.
Jose E. Reyes, 17, and an unnamed 16-year-old have been charged with murder.
One friend told the Chronicle the three were friends at school, but Cervantes had stopped hanging out with the boys when they started using pot.
Assistant Harris County district attorney John Jordan said it was the 16-year-old who wanted to sell his soul.

The world is full of crazies and I like the little line about pot. My understanding is
pot will make you hungry and sleepy, doesn't sound like these guys were into
being sleepy eh?
They should be up for first degree and tried as adults.

You can tell this happened in the US, as if it happened here they wouldn't be able to show his precious little face in the news because of the wonderful Youth Justice Act (which is, in reality, a JOKE!).

I am curious about one thing. Doesn't one need to have a soul in the first place (which these two monsters obviously are missing in the first place) to be able to sell it?
