Strip searches seem to be on the rise in this country. They don’t even have to suspect that you’re hiding something “criminal” like a gun or drugs. If you have a suspended registration, or you’re a trucker driving in the left lane, that’s all some police need to perform a strip search on you in public in the middle of the day for all the other drivers to see.

Not ONE of those people got "Strip Searched"!

Strip Searching is making the person remove ALL clothing, and checking body cavities.

It has become very common for people to keep bindles of narcotics in their underwear, or between their butt cheeks.

Much ado about nothing, again.

You say that until some cop shoves his hands in your wife or daughter's panties on the side of the road.

If they suspect them that highly of carrying drugs in their gonch, bring them in for a strip search. Otherwise, they're leaving the tax payers open to having to pay out law suits accusing the cops of just wanting a grope on no grounds.

Not wishing to emphasize the obvious that Atlanta is not in Canada, and that strip searches for registation certificates are likely to go empty handed (and are offensive in the extreme), what is a "bindle"?

Legally, a strip search is defined as "forced removal of all or part of a person's clothing.....".
A full-body search is removal of all clothing + a cavity search..
