Well, I certainly would never doubt Evander Holyfield's qualifications to evaluate homosexuality and whether or not it's a choice.

One of the unfortunate byproducts of democracy is that even total idiots are allowed to speak out. Right walmart?

True. Comprehending what the U.S. First Amendment has to do with the UK is stumping me.

Even before I looked to see who started this thread I knew it had to be Walter. So predictable.

Zissman respectfully disagreed with Evander ... and it seemed the two were ready to move on with their lives ...

and this is where it should have ended, but no, the producers had to stick their beaks in and make a big deal out of it:

when Evander was taken to a private room, where producers RIPPED him for expressing his beliefs.

Evander was voicing his personal opinion. He wasn't nasty about it, wasn't fomenting hate, he was just voicing his opinion with another house mate. Obviously, Big Brother, is an apt name for this reality show.

Just when we thought reality might set in we get another flare up of Gay Days
Evander, Duck Dynasty and a lot of others looking for headlines are running
amuck through the TV screens of the world what will we do?
Pick a headline will be a new TV show soon where people will all go to Hyde
Park and rant to their hearts content.
Who the hell cares what this guy thinks.?

Good on him, he expressed his opinion. For a lot of people it's the wrong opinion and shows he's an ignorant twit but still it's his right.

Why is this news?

..............Because he didn't preface his comments with his usual, "d'oh".

Reality show producers need to give their heads a shake and realize that when you have a REALITY show, real opinions might pop up in that show.
