RCMP have his file.
He resigned from the Senate so he cannot be suspended. Another problem with no rules where the Senate can invalidate pensions for Members convicted of a Criminal Code offense. My posts are littered with how the Senate has no clear cut rules.

I have the feeling he could be doing jail big time- what was the amount- 2-3 hundred K??

And the question was to suspend not abolish.
