housework is good excercise if you do it regularly and keep your greedy fingers out of cookie jars,
and other such things, everytime you are in that area.
as an older person, I now love cleaning my house, and use it as excercise program, and also proud of
how nice it looks when i'm finished, (which is never) lol
I will never get rid of the stairs, such good excercise, up and down many times a day, without those
stairs I would have to buy some kind of excercise machine, can't stand those, tried them, got rid of them.
when not in the house 'walk' 'walk' and more 'walking', and with two dogs that happens everyday too.
just keep moving and the body will thank you.
