Holy sheeple, ... if the customers were billed (indirectly would be the normal scam) they were paying the company to find a quicker faster way to cut off all the power with as little real damage as possible, currently eproms are the favored method. Sheeple means this is just a variation of the same form of scam that has been used endlessly. No wonder it takes a military coup to get any power changes made.

It's nearly impossible name a terrorist attack where a drill wasn't taking place simultaneously. It's a great cover.

Woop, they figured out they are vulnerable - hit the power-lines from Ontario & Quebec going to the USA and they overload their system.. this can be done bay hacking..

Same thing can be down with oil pipelines going into the USA..

It can be done with a kite and a piece of wire. When I was a sinner in my youth we'd toss tin foil over the trolley bus wires. It's quite the light show and the buses stop.

If they are using MS based software they have far more serious worries than a terrorist attack.
