PORT COQUITLAM, B.C. - A man who a B.C. provincial court judge said inflicted "horror and pain" on the lives of two families when he forced two young children attending his wife's daycare to perform sexual acts has been given a four-year prison term.
Latif Tata, 39, pleaded guilty earlier this year to two counts of sexual assault on the children, who were between the ages of two and four years old when they attended Shining Stars Family Childcare in Maple Ridge, B.C., between 2010 and 2012.
