Used to catch Spring Salmon that big or bigger in the Cottonwood river near Quesnel.

No where near a record. Largest I remember seeing was around 72 lbs. Caught at Haki Pass.

Coho record is 39 lbs. That was a Chinook.
Oh and btw, most folks quit eating greasy old togue after they have real Salmon.
