North Korea- a nuisance or a threat?

N. Korea fired off another missile and at least 4 countries don't like it. Sounds like just more of the same whining we hear every time they do this! If it's a threat are they too big to put a stop to? If so the world has problems, if not do something!

Any nuisance with a missile is automatically a threat, the only reason no one does anything about it is because for some strange reason China backs them, if not they would have been dealt with long ago.

I heard on the news this morning that China is pissed right off! Watch for fire crackers!

Its unfortunate that they werent taken care of during the fighting part of the Korean War (seeing as its still officially on). Or at the latest before they got a nuke. Now they're a nuisance that can't efficiently be handled. Though I guess for people as far away as us they're more like a crazy reality tv show. Annoying but amusing.
