Jenna Jameson Arrested for DUI

Apparently she "smoked a pole". I wonder how many times the cops made her blow?



Jenna Jameson was arrested on suspicion of DUI early this morning in Orange County ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the porn queen was involved in a single car accident at around 1:30 AM after her car struck a light pole.

According to our sources, Jameson showed signs of possibly being under the influence of alcohol and was given a field sobriety test . We're told she was subsequently arrested for misdemeanor suspicion of DUI.

She is currently in custody and she will be cited and released.

When it's women or celebs, you'd be amazed how often the breathalyzers is 'not functioning', so they perform a 'sobriety test' instead, which doesn't give them the same legal grounds to pull your license, but does give them the right to make your life suck for a night.

It's frankly amazing to me the double standard when it comes to testing and arresting women.
