The world reaction was the same when India and Pakistan were developing their nuclear program and now they are at the table so when you look at countries developing their nuclear programs the world tries to get them to change their minds.
Nuclear weapons is another tool that a country needs to protect their sovereignty and their political system and not be preasured by other nations to change it because they don't agree with it.
Now the world is going to punish the North Koreans by holding back food exports to that country by starving their people to teach them a lesson.
Starving a nation is a good war maker and we have to wonder why our leaders want this?
