Well you just can't get any more blatant than this. How do we get out of NATO or is Germany going to be where we launch the invasion from. Good thing 34M Canucks be herded around like a bunch of goats and not one bleat in protest. Syria and Iran and Russia are not our worst enemies. Our willingness to be entirely totally ****ing stupid is our one and only endearing quality. Elictric cars indeed, with **** like this sliding by almost without comment the power cords should be shoved up your ass and turned on full power fpor a weekend or until you look like you need a sandwich, whichever comes last.

What's goin' on at the Turkish-Syrian border?
By Pepe Escobar
There is a video [1] that could be loosely translated as "Terrorist Turkish border opening fire on the Syrian side" that pretty accurately sums up what's going on at the ultra-volatile geopolitical hotspot of the moment.
The voice over says, "This is the Syria-Turkey border, and this is an operation of the Free Syrian Army [FSA] ... The Gate [that would be the Syrian side of the border, housing the Gate checkpoint] is going to be seized."
What this means is that Turkey is sheltering the FSA right on the border, only a few meters - and not kilometers - away from Syrian territory. Way beyond hosting a North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) command and control center in Iskenderun
for months now - a fact already reported by Asia Times Online - Turkey has now advanced right to the border, enabling a back-and-forth by heavily weaponized guerrillas/mercenaries to attack a sovereign state.
Imagine a similar scenario happening, say, at a Mexican-US border in Arizona or Texas.

We have some warmongers on the board, for a short experiment pretend this is a lab experiment, black out the present names (or better yet just reverse them) and each person insert their own nationality (or your favorite nation, a not so subtle hint to include the usual suspects)
Coming from the Republic of Alberta after taking a few hits I'd hammer them. Can't cross the border but pull back just enough that I can't get hit and nobody can get past me either and then have my friends in the rear go after their friends and have live vid (by the army itself) of the firefight and capture and interview of every little prick taken into custody right then and there (name, rank. serial # is fine, if you want to say more and be let go at the nearest border then that is a free-will choice). Stay in line you don't get abused, step out you get plunked right in front of your 'friends'. You would be better of being a foreigner cause then you would stand in open court or just expelled if yopu confessed and gave names of who hired you. (they will kill you but so ****ing waste, waste of skin anyway)
I've been here long enough to know who I would like to hear from. Too bad the IDF doesn't follow this thread I'm sure they have a solution, one that kills quickly and with as little discomfort to the dead as possible (rather bthan just nicking the heart so the end is slow and painful), know what I mean?)
Treason is a hanging offense, nuff said I hope that means dealing with anybody from a foreign nation. Need some weapons, bribe your own military to get them, just like every other nation in the world. At least you know the nation wins not some rich ****s that probably can't even find the nation they are terrorizing on a map.
Colpy, care to be first to reply using Gaza as the rebels and shooting into Israel from just across the border as the 'imaginary' border. Should the ones being shot at retaliate in a way that would discourage any retaliation for the next generation or two? (BTW on a personal note when you were flagging I would have been on one of the machines you were keeping safe. That pays about $70k for 6 months, the differnce of working with gravel over asphalt is about $15/hr. The extra training take 10 minutes (drive straight and never ever run out of, wait for it, water)
Back to people getting hurt just for the **** of it. What now, the Rebels never agreed to stop their weapons from firing, should the army back off and leave the civilians under the control of the rebels with their weapons? Anybody here even know an election is in the works, then what, if the result isn't to the liking of the West, it invasion time even thought Bahrain is having the army smash the civilians there and not a ****ing peep out of the media or anybody here. The Saudi elite are crashing from old age and not one ****ing election on the horizon. I can see the world having their heads up heir won asses, do I get to see a smaller example here every ****ing day. (normally a mod would come by about now and say 'no you don't have to endure that and 'poof' I would become a 'disappeared'. It wouldn't even be a big deal for me, not that I'm trying to have that happen but man the people here seem to present themselves as 'fully informed' but when something challenges something they believe to be true.
