I like the NP - I also like many of their columnists - I find that this fellow is sorely lacking in capabilities to be a member of a National Paper.

I guess he used to be a big time Liberal.

Keystone is absolutely necessary to the USA.

And money for aboriginals needs to be accounted for by the Feds.

It's only ridiculous if you somehow believe legal significance to be the same as biological significance.

No it isn't. It's going to drive gas prices up in the US, and Americans need that about as much as they need a second @sshole. It's a plan to get higher prices for Canadian oil exports. Good for us, not really for the US.

It needs to be accounted for, so 1 out of 3 isn't too bad. A 2% chance of that occuring if he does only get 1 out of 100 right.
