Not true.

He was actually found in his multibillion dollar, underground lair. The navy seals bravely rolled past the security turrets, then enabled their newly developed cloaking mechanism and pressed "A" for a stealth takedown of Ghaddafi.

He received a few bullet wounds due to the turret crossfire as their cloaks temporarily went down to recharge. After scoping out the turrets with their iron sights, the "stop and pop" squad barely made it out of the compound alive before the self-destruct timer went off.

Good job boys.

No no no. This is a Canadian led thang. So if the latest rumors are true... as it is being reported that he was gunned down... does that mean Canada assinated a leader of a foreign government?

I am just going by the notion of US being responsible for every death (real or imagined) in Iraq and Afghanistan. That includes sectarian violence. So if the US is in the lead in Iraq and Afghanistan, and Canada is in the lead in Libya.... hmmmmm.

Why didn't Canada catch him and bring him to trial?

:)

Ghaddafi killed. (Grim image.. look at your discretion)

Just before confirmation there was this...

If Gaddafi is dead, that solves the problem of the trial – but we may never learn the truth about Lockerbie and other crimes, writes Telegraph commentator Daniel Knowles:

It solves the problem of where he will be tried, and by whom. If he is still alive, we have months of wrangling and undignified negotiation yet to come, and – notwithstanding the assurances above – the prospect of a Saddam Hussein-style show trial. On the other hand, if he is alive we also stand a greater chance of finally establishing the truth about Lockerbie, the killing of WPc Yvonne Fletcher and many other crimes. Either way, the end of this man's brutal dictatorship has arrived, and not before time.
