I was reading up on another forum an incredible plan from Telus:

Basically, you get 200 daytime minutes, unlimited evening and weekends from 6pm (yes I said 6pm not 9pm), voicemail, call waiting, call forwarding for $17.30
An extra $10 gets you 800 minutes LD to HK and China... with an extra promotion of getting it free for 12 months.
Rogers most basic plan isn't even as cheap!
