You mean a generator that will give you a pin number so you can top up your account, without paying?

I never heard of a thing and don't you think it may be a tad bit illegeal?

Hello,
I really need a guideline for creating a voucher on mobile phones. But the mobile phones that is common in my area are been used with a line (I mean A Sevice Provider). So i really need a guideline for it. Pls if you can help, quickly send me a mail.
