Hi i am looking for a very old friend of mine for medical reasons that is why this is so important.His name is BOBBY DOW also know as DOWIE he lived in SAINT JOHN N.B. but i am sure he moved to ontario but i am not sure where.If anyone can help in any way it would be greatly appreciated.
