Mine is full of them. I couldn't live without my plastic garbage bags.
I am traumatized enough about the plastic water bottle issue. Mine are all in the bad range. I will have to replace them with steel. Same with my storage containers that supposedly go from fridge to microwave..... Little poison leaches.....lol. Tomorrow I will likely wake up with two heads.

i used to live next to a superstore in the UK and every time the wind blew in one direction, the fence would be covered in annoying plastic bags.
I wasn't aware there were any towns which had eliminated them. How did u do it?
