Hi their Old nug, thank you for your welcome back. I don't have PM privilages so I couldn't respond in kind to ya. So have you had a good summer? Do anything special? I spent most of my summer with a paint brush in one hand and a shovel in the other. One minor incident where I stepped on the handle of the hoe and it spiked me in the ass and landed me in the Junipers. Not many people can say they were pronged by a hoe. Hurt something fierce, my biggest fear was I would have to be air lifted out of the back yard and my hubby was flying Air Amubulance that day. Can you image the shame, Sir we have a call a women is severly injured and has a hoe attached to her ass. Patient's Name: Sassy, Oh the shame, but I managed to get medical help with out shaming the poor lad. Only needed a needle so I didn't froth at the mouth or something similar.

An here I was thinking I wuz been ignored. (Not that it hasen't happened before--lots)
Pretty quiet summer thank you. Bit o this. Bit o that. Learning to sleep in. Learning to love it. Have to do my fishing in the evening though: Such hardship.
I could make jokes about a hoe in the ass, or a hoes ass, or something, but that would be uncouth, unkind, and untrue, so I won't. Glad you weren't seriously injured. Ouch.
From one of your other posts, you have turned into a right landscaper. Great way to spend a few months, creating beauty, etc. So I'm told. Never done it. Lots of respect for them what does though.

The Mr. Manda identity had been discovered a while ago, but those threads seem to have gone the way of month old compost, flat and stinky.

My interests are genealogy, local history and posting messages on local forums. I live in the north of Ireland. I am on several genealogy sites and forums throughout Ireland. On these sites we receive many enquiries from people researching their family history who ask questions about their Irish roots. I'm trying to organise a large Meet in Dublin next year for people interested in visiting Ireland in search of their ancestors which is why I searched for a Canadian site. I'm toying with the idea of organising a large Meet in Belfast as well as Dublin and would like to see these become annual events. If you could point me to the right board on this website I'll post details of these Meets. I would also like to post details of a website for Belfast people if there are any members here who used to live in Belfast or the north of Ireland.
