My crazy breakfast thing.

Crack two eggs beat with two shots of milk.

Slice up and crush 1 hot habanero pepper, what ever pepper you can handle.

Mix together.

Butter two sides of bread and cook in frying pan.
Drench the toasted bread in egg pour it all over make it nice and good..yea..nice and good.....serve with a fork......

That sounds pretty tasty, actually. And quick and easy, which is the ticket first thing in the morning. When one is busy canoodling.

Still having trouble comming up for a name for it though.
