Fish Head Soup for Lunch-pics

Head from a 15# White Spring Salmon I caught over the weekend-hadn't made fish soup with Salmon head for ages but this was good-not too strong but spicy.

Yes that's Avocado in the soup there was a ripe one sitting around so WTH?

That's how we render the mercury out of the salmon that we catch on Lake Ontario.

the hole thing too
its so the guts will fall out while the moose runs to death
keeps the cleaning work down to a minimum
don't want poop spoiling the meat

They say the wolfmilk we drink for breakfast causes some wilderisms
but that's just talk

nice thing about the 3 to 15 lb bows
you can just lift the mild bones out with a fork when they are done
