I'm craving some deep fried corn chips and salsa. I would dice up several Roma tomatoes. Take a red onion and dice it as fine as I can. Afew cloves of garlics diced, and put in a huge bowl well mixed. Get some ripe jalepeno and jabenero peppers. Put on the gloves and dice. Add those to the bowl and chop up some cilantro, not too much as it would make it bitter. Then I'd mix all these ingredients together and add some lime or lemon juice. Just a few table spoons. Then, just a half teaspoon of vinager. Mix well and cool in the frig. Have the warm chips with cool salsa and make sure to have a cool drink handy. Good Sonoran snack..
