Well..we've got Heinz here, our tourist office is a big red tomato and I think it says it on the sign. With any luck I'll be out of here shortly.

Franx,

I've only driven through Manitoba. Is there much growth happening there?

I drive semi for a living and my gf works at Canadian Tire. I'm already looking at companies that are based there and run here and she is looking into a transfer. Most of her family lives in Alberta and never sees my son. I thought it would be nice to live half way between both families. I've worked with a few guys that lived there and moved here and are headed back.

Ahh, a driver. Lately I see theres been a push for truck speed limit devices to limit maximum speeds to 105km/h. What's the view of this proposal by truckers?

The Truck News site has their "Cyber CB" and I don't think I seen a thread about it there. In my opinionI think it's a bad idea. Just like split speed limits in some states. I'd set the cruise speed of all trucks at 105 and the pedal speed at 110. If it does go through every licensed driver needs to breifed on how to drive around big trucks.
