Hi, just found this site searching on dog euthanasia videos - am bawling after watching "I'm sorry"; I'm a Buddhist nun in America (www.tara.org) and also involved with animal rescue (www.tarasbabies.org and www.garudaaviary.org) and ISO videos people have made to drive the story home. I assume since the code is provided we can post this video on our site?

You may post a link to the video, but we currently do not support embedding. Here's the link I think you're referring to: http://video.canadiancontent.net/603...a-ontario.html\

ah sorry for the mix up...I'm basically a noob here as well..i'm not clear on refering people to other forums , hence the link comment. Google E Sangha and you will soon see. When I clicked on Tara.org I saw your teacher and had seen her post there. She is highly respected in your community, hence my famous flatter flatter flatter, me bad!.

Sort of having an auspisious nice feeling chatting with you.....

Hello and welcome.
Too bad about the Putbulls and Staffordshires, APBT and "dogs that look like them". We've got a few politicians who don't mind slaughtering some pets in order to make a careers point or two with ignorant voters.

Hailing from the US I guess you've seen that before.

There was another video around the Net a year or so ago, much like that one. Terrible how we not only treat animals intrusted to our care, but allow it and even condone it in a way by refusing to regulate pets or put any teeth in the sentencing for those who mistreat animals.

The BSL in Ontario has created a fear of dogs in some people that wasn't there before. Of course ignorance rules but now people are gorwing fearful of Boxers, Rotties, Bulldogs and so on. As well there have been reports of dog breeds rarely seen here like Tosa and Dogo are on the increase.

Actual pit fights never even noticed the change in laws.

Good luck with your rescue work, and thank you for it.
