Be aware of Dictators’ ways…

While a Swiss foreign ministry spokesman said: "This is not a crisis – it is an extraordinary situation."

The extraordinary situation occurred when Hannibal the youngest son of the Libyan Dictator Gaddafi beat up two women of his wife’s servants, while on a visit to Switzerland, and the two women complained to the Swiss authority.

The Libyan Dictator Gaddafi could not understand How all People [rich and poor] in Switzerland are subject to the same law and therefore took a retaliatory measures against Swiss interests EXACTLY a week after Hannibal Gaddafi, the Libyan leader's youngest son, was arrested with his heavily pregnant wife Aline at a Geneva five-star hotel and spent two nights in a court cell.

The couple, who were released on bail and have left the country, were charged by a magistrate with inflicting physical injuries and using threats and force against two of their staff, who lodged a formal complaint.

The Swiss foreign ministry reported on Wednesday that Libya had taken "worrying retaliatory measures…

While Gaddafi is reacting "as if the law was and is not the same for everyone in Switzerland"; Dictator Gaddafi’s retaliatory measures are:

1- Recalled some of its diplomats
2- Suspended the issuing of visas for Swiss citizens
3- Cut down flights to Switzerland
4- Detained two Swiss nationals on various Visa charges.

And Now???

5- On Thursday the head of Libya's state-run General National Maritime Transportation Company said that all the country's oil shipments to Switzerland had been stopped.

The funny part of the story…

1- Libya supplies around 50 per cent of Switzerland's crude oil.

2- The Libyans are heavily engaged in the Swiss oil market – they own the Tamoil refinery in Collombey, canton Valais, in addition to about 320 service stations in Switzerland.

1-So it would be counterproductive as like A Libyan embargo against own goal…

2-This would encourage the Swiss to purchase oil elsewhere, and they have the reserve to do it…

Saturday Swiss President Pascal Couchepin told Blick newspaper he was ready to meet Gaddafi in order to resolve the crisis… {Or maybe to ask him Why ?}

It pisses me off (I don't know why ) that these tin plated dictators think that they are above the rule of law- Did his kid have diplomatic immunity? that's the only reason I could see for taking such drastic measures- if he had done that to the States he would have gotten another bomb in his backyard- the Swiss should do something certainly not kiss his arse.

Unfortunately, the Swiss are neutral in most things and forgiving .... except when it comes to money...
