Have a good weekend everybody.

This town is shutting down until Monday for a 3 day long party.

Only transportation in town is your feet.

It has the largest fireman's parade in the world with firetrucks
coming from all over the nation.

It has bands coming from all over the nation.
And the best marching bands are those black bands.
Incredible if you see them. Freaking inspiring.

And finally I've waited all year for a good corn dog.

Fireworks on Friday, a non-stop 2 hour finale.

Blues concerts all over the place on Sunday.

We have a Apple Blossom Festival in Cow Country every year at the end of May. A parade, a fair, lots of games, agriculture fair, music, food etc. It will be the first time in 25 years that I will get to attend. Yee-haw.
