Pentagon propaganda program orders soldiers to promote Iraq

Good soldiers follow orders and hundreds of American military men and women returned to the United States on holiday leave this month with orders to sell the Iraq war to a skeptical public.

The program, coordinated through a Pentagon operation dubbed “Operation Homefront,” ordered military personnel to give interviews to their hometown newspapers, television stations and other media outlets and praise the American war effort in Iraq.

Soldiers are supposed to blindly follow orders and not think about the big picture - it makes them better soldiers.

Now that they are being co-opted to spread propaganda, they have crossed over into being "more than just a soldier following orders". That gives them a mind to work with, and those minds are not dumb

Also, I read reports of USA dn British soldeirs actually JOINING THE INSURGENCY.
Imagine the torment it takes to make a soldier join the enemy side. If there really are 200 or so of these "traitors for justice", there MUST be a lot more thinking about how this Iraq invasion is illegal, immoral and something that should be stopped. They are thinking they doin't want to be part of it, they don't want to contribute their life and their skills to such an act of evil.

Imagine the Christian soldiers, knowing their leaders are not adhering to the bible.

Mutiny is one thing on the minds of USA soldiers.
Impeachment is on the minds of almost half of all Americans.
How long can they hold out in the White House?

If they are kicked out and fully exposed, there should be permanent changes made to USA political machinations, as a result of and to avoid future types of the BushCo regime's illegal hidden agenda

For the last few years, every time I open a newspaper there seems to be some local troopie praising bush and the war, what a great thing their doing for the Iraqi people etc. I don't even read the articles anymore. One good thing about the old conscript army was that we weren't bombarded by so many amateur public relation officials. Hence the main reason I think the draft won't be considered.
