Its not like these Navy pilots bombed allies while on a training exercise. They actually did something to help people. I doubt the U.S. NAVY is stretched to its limit in aircraft for delivering supplies.

FYI-WWL Radio 870 AM which is clear channel (even into Canada) has the best unfiltered BS about the Katrina Effort since it is one of the only New Orleans Stations to survive and is taking calls live! It can be heard all over North America on a Good AM radio!

In a nutshell, you got it! The Regular Army is doing the relief, FEMA delivers the Money and the officials are wondering what happened!
