What does "look a bit foreign" .......look like ??? Particularly in London/England where they have citizens of all color/creed and nationalities. One would have expected more tact from the Brits. Might be a product of "stress" and tension. :idea:

I find it very hard to believe that is a genuine post from London Authorities. If it were in a city with no ethnic diversity I could believe it, but London? :?
could have been some racist employee loose with a pen, I would think. Otherwise somebody way high up the tube hierarchy deserves a slap upside the head
No, I think itwas just a picture of a notice posted, sheesh, South americans are already nervous enough, glad I'm not over there with my dark hair and dark tan

It sounds a little sarcastic to me...like somebody pointing out the inherent racism of shooting a man in the head because of his skin colour.
