We'll know soon. I suspect that he feels a need to lean on Syria over Lebanon.

I guess it would depend on which body of water. If it was the Med it could be a show of force towards Syria and Lebanon. If it is the Persian Gulf or the Indian Ocean it could be a show towards Iran.
