Prince Charles says climate change is the 'wolf at the door'

The Prince of Wales has described climate change as the “wolf at the door” as he urged world leaders to take immediate steps to combat what he sees as the biggest threat to the future of the planet.

In his bleakest comments on the subject to date, the Prince says action on climate change “must be urgently scaled up, and scaled up now”.

The Prince’s warning, which will be interpreted as a direct message to Theresa May and Donald Trump among others, is contained in the foreword to a new Ladybird book he has co-authored, called Climate Change, which is published next week.

Intriguingly, Mr Trump has said he plans to meet the Prince “in the coming weeks”, which would give the Prince an early chance to press home his point to the man who will be inaugurated as US President on Friday.

Mr Trump is a climate change denier, who has said that “the concept of global warming was created by and for the Chinese in order to make US manufacturing non-competitive”.

Prince Charles says climate change is the 'wolf at the door' as meeting with Donald Trump is mooted

I like Charles - it's just his environMentalist views that let him down. He's even writing a Ladybird children's book about climate change.

yes, screw up the kids with a book, they are defenseless, that' s the way believers always operate.
knowers go for adult conversations because they know their logic and facts can handle it

prince charles is an inbred failed autocrat
even further left then a dictator
figures you would quote his failed mathmatically challenged opinion as fact there MF

It's indoctrination of our kids. That's why so many Western children leave school nowadays being tree-hugging Swampies and nut cutlet burger eating softies who know how to recycle and dance around in a field wearing a crown of acorns but have no idea how to use apostrophes in the English language's unique possessive case (which I've just used there) and think Churchill is a nodding dog ornament for a car.

In maths and history lessons nowadays, teachers actually teach pupils about "diversity and equality" and about how we shouldn't be "offensive" to "so-called Islamists" than about the nine times table and crop rotation in fourteenth century England.

The Royals should be kept away from children.

SNOW in the SAHARA: World's hottest desert covered in metre thick BLANKET of white | World | News | Daily Express

Yes, it's snowing in the middle of summer - National - NZ Herald News
It's summer but that hasn't stopped snow from falling across North Island mountain ranges.
Whakapapa ski field was this morning blanketed in a fresh coating of snow and even the Tararua Ranges behind Levin were white after an overnight dusting.
Much of the lower North Island was covered by cloud this morning, but forecasters say the temperatures dived low enough for snow flurries on the tops of the inland mountain range.
Horowhenua woke to picture postcard views of snow on the Tararua Ranges.

I tried trolling like the guys on ski-doos were doing. Nothing, not even a bite in 3 weeks of almost non-stop trolling. When I stopped a few and asked what the secret was they all just smiles and drove off.

Natural selection rules of course.
So does being upwind when a volcano blows.

What if I told you that everything what thought we knew about physics, might be wrong? This is not a joke. Repeated experiments at the LHC are demonstrating that our entire understanding of physics and the models we use could very well be incorrect. If that turns out to be the case, then every single climate model and the theory used will be junk as well.

That's a pretty broad brush, how about we start off small. If there is snow on the ground in the summer months we might be going through a cooling phase would seem to be logic that can't be argued against.
