MORE than 10,000 asylum seekers are missing in Britain, according to the UK’s top ranking immigration official.


And three times as many failed asylum seekers are still here more than two years after all appeals against their removal were exhausted.

Critics of the UK’s soft-touch immigration system said the figures exposed a culture of complacency from those in charge of security.

The figures come after five Iranians were caught entering Britain illegally, arrested and told to “report in regularly”.

It's time the UK adopted the Door-Knock Act. Immigration officers would do their rounds knocking on every door in the UK day and night. If no answer, they break the door down to see if anyone's home. If so, they ask for ID. If you're an illegal, you're removed from the UK or if that's not possible, you get put in front of a regimental firing squad.

And any British citizen who gives any immigration official any lip for waking him up at 3 am and who has no dual nationality and so can't be removed also faces the regimental firing squad.

LOL, the jobs won't be drying up anytime soon. Let me tell you something I learned about economists from a friend of mine who is now a retired professor of economics. If you ask 3 economists the same question, you'll get 4 different answers.
