So basically the existing plants are rotting away and no money is available for, apparently they are choosing to go the 'self- dismantling route' instead and then blame it on terrorists rather than incompetence of the elected people. One would think that Leaders in Europe, especially France and England would be sending everything they've got to eradicate ISIS. I don't get this one at all, what duck sits there waiting?

Nuclear power is ecological friendly, ergo, any nuclear bomb is a de facto eco-bomb and therefore good for Mother Gaia.

No country not even North Korea would supply terrorists intentionally and im confident un intentionally with a nuke... You can trace where the uranium was mined, and unless they got an old soviet nuke, it aint happening.... It would have already happened....

Iran is a theocratic country, they have for the most part listened to the world. They would not supply ISIS with nuclear material. Even when Pakistan was going through that turmoil a few years back and everyone was afraid the Taliban or Al-Queda would get nukes... Didn't happen....

ISIS and Iran are mortal enemies. They are sponsored by Saudi Arabia and a Pakistani origin for any nuclear material (a working warhead?) for ISIS is not outside of the realm of possibilities.

I guess that the considerable faction of the Pakistani army that sheltered Bin Laden for a decade didn't have the keys to the vaults holding the warheads. It's a dodgy enough place that you may not be able to count on that security forever.
