Gee, does any of that sound familiar..........?

The poll of 1,400 people found that 59 percent of Germans in the formerly communist east consider communist and socialist ideals a good idea for society. In western Germany, 37 percent said they considered communist and socialist ideals to be good.

The radical Left party in Germany remains strong in the formerly communist East, a quarter century after the Berlin Wall fell, paving the way for German unification in 1990.

The survey found that more than 60 percent of Germans believe there is no genuine democracy in their country because industry has too much political influence and that the voice of the voters plays only a subordinate role.

Duh! All the wealth is concentrated in a handful of people. Where do the rest fit in the picture? I can't believe there are still clowns in the world that think this is a good idea.

Who do you think pays for your welfare? Certainly not the freeloaders that believe in communism.

Right on queue. Nobody pays my welfare. I don't receive any you silly putz. I worked and paid taxes and CPP and now I collect the interest on those investments, just like every other Canadian who was born here. So STFU and go back to being the dutiful little tax slave that you are and let the Cons do your thinking for you.

The ultimate in forced investment plans. Defined benefit plan where those that pay for 50 years get the same money as those that pay for 20.
That is a complete lie. You really don't understand how the system works, so quit while you're ahead.

And Smack, GFYourself. Shouldn't be hard for a pecker head.

Interesting how we consider a problem,,,,like poverty,,, and say, "this" is the cause as if one thing can be a cause for poverty. The free enterprise system can prevent poverty as well as cause poverty. Thousands of different reasons people are poor. Always been that way seems to me. If there was one word I'd have to pick as a reason for poverty I guess I'd choose indifference. Although that again is not the only cause. During the great depression millions were poor. The primary reason was a global economic collapse. Didn't make a damn bit of difference what the system was then. Most everyone was broke. I don't see how people can pinpoint one specific cause for such a diffuse a thing.
