Anti-Charlie Hebdo protesters take aim at 'arrogant West' at Hizb ut-Tahrir rally in Lakemba

Hundreds of people have gathered in western Sydney to protest against French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo, which published an image of the Islamic prophet Mohammed after jihadists murdered 12 staff members.

Police said about 800 people attended the rally, organised by controversial Islamic group Hizb ut-Tahrir in the suburb of Lakemba.
Four people were arrested and 10 were removed from the area for breaching the peace, Campsie Local Area Commander Superintendent Michael McLean said.

How is the spread of Islam any different than the spread of Christianity. They both want to dominate and make their religion the only one. And yes, there are Christians in Africa still killing others who refuse to convert, sometimes chopping them up with machetes, missionaries who convince governments to pass laws punishing or killing gays. Religious fanatics are fanatics. It doesn't mean all who subscribe to those religions are all fanatics. Just look at all those on here who scream for blood any time the media sensationalizes some Islamic atrocity. What makes them any different?
