With the Western economies turning down and no hope in hell no surviving the pension crisis, war is needed to escape the broken economic promises. This is a sad statement to even have to make. But the majority are just a herd of sheep and cannot see past the rear-end of the lamb in front of them.

Pax Americana prevented a world war while it was in force. It also prevented widespread nuclear proliferation during the same period.

Clinton admitted that he enquired about UFOs. When asked by the interviewer what he discovered, he avoided answering. He used the Reagan line about cooperation among nations currently adversaries if there were ever an alien threat.
