Is it justice to admit savages independent?

This is a tribal situation and the pent up emotions of hatred are a powerful thing.
Iraq was tribal too but there was oil.
The fact remains the world has not evolved with progress at the same time.
We cannot simply go marching in to every trouble spot and order everyone
to stop killing each other either on moral or economic grounds.
America fought a bloody civil war for four years and they ended up with the
nation becoming one again because the mainstream society decided enough
was enough. Had France and Britain interfered sending troops into the region
the outcome might have been quite different.
If people are hell bent on killing each other they will kill each other until the two
sides have had enough.
It is not our place to go into every troubled country and settle their differences
and bleed our resources dry doing it. What happens inside the borders of a
country is for the people to sort out themselves.

All you said is the core point that Is letting uncivilized nation rised right or colonizing uncivilized territory right. I think colonizing is right.
You can see HongKong as a example. The most people of HongKong will choose live under Queen of Briain rather than the Chinese GOVT now. Because they live like a gentleman in BE and a animal in Chinese GOVT. The advanced western society have the responsbility to look after the uncivilized world like Holy Roman Empire did.

Ofcouse not. The nationalism is also a disease in western ally. But it is softer. If you lived in China, you will see the nationalism is the only one thing that giving publicity to by the GOVT. In fact the Chinese GOVT is based only on the nationalism.
Hong Kong was free Goob and did have an amazing economy, it isn't all bad when a country is colonized, to conclude that is just as wrong as saying it was civilizing barbarians.
