Israel Will Pay Africans $3,500 Each to Leave

Israel’s Cabinet allocated nearly $124 million to a plan designed to have illegal African migrants return to their countries of origin.

Most of the money allocated from the plan approved unanimously on Sunday will go toward building a new migrant detention center in southern Israel and paying migrants who agree to leave the country up to $3,500.

The plan also is aimed at reducing the presence of migrants in city centers and increasing security for Israelis.

It calls for adding 550 positions to law enforcement teams from the Public Security Ministry, the Population and Migration Authority and the Economy Ministry that will carry out enforcement against the illegal migrants and their employers. The number of police officers in areas of south Tel Aviv frequented by illegal migrants also will be increased.

“We are determined to deport the tens of thousands of illegal migrants who are here after having reduced to zero the number of illegal labor migrants who enter Israel’s cities,” Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said at the meeting, according to his office.

“The steps that we unanimously approved today are proportionate and necessary for maintaining the Jewish and democratic character of the state and will restore security to Israel’s citizens while upholding the directives of the High Court of Justice and international law.”

The plan is in conjunction with a new illegal migration prevention law that allows illegal migrants to be held for one year in a closed detention facility rather than three years. The Israeli Supreme Court struck down the original law.

The new detention facility will provide the migrants with food, sleeping accommodations, and health and welfare services, and will be closed only at night. However, the migrants will have to appear three times a day for roll call and are not permitted to work.

At least Jerusalem will always remain and international city and the land grabs are only against the Arabs living there. Yeah right, like you could find swampland in a prairie province. Deporting illegal migrants is not a war crime. They had no right to be there in the first place. Hence the term illegal.Next you will be trying to tell us the US sending Mexicans back home is a war crime.

Is that the loophole? Allow somebody in as a servant with no hope of ever becoming a citizen with equal rights and when the 'hosts' (acting under OT Hebrew Law) are done with then the contract is finished and the 'bond-servant' is given his 'freedom' even though they ask for another '7 year term of being a willing slave'. What were the wages they were paid and what did the expenses come to? If that can't be shown to be a 'comfortable allowance' then I going to assume the contract and actual price are vastly different, like it would be when dealing with liars.

get my 3600 hundred and leave, then return for another payout and so on. Don't
think it will happen? Happened when the money changed hands in the two Germany's
a couple of decades back. Such a system ends up being a worse solution.

What does the original contract look like? If staying was an option then there would be no need to leave. If that is the case make the local citizens take the jobs so no migrants are allowed in until the nation unemployment fate is in the minus numbers. Back in East India $3500 might even be a bit of money. Seem like that was tried in the past and it didn't really solve anything. Povery is a natural long term depression and more money for them would take it out of the hands of the 'natural citizens'. There is no shortage of money in the wotld, there is no shortage of material things in the world, there is a real lack of will on the part of the rich to see the poor be relieved of their poverty.

We are discussing illegal immigrants, not foreign workers. Big difference. If they are in the country illegally they should get the boot immediately.
